Prices in British Pounds. Rates range from £300 to £1000 depending on season.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental is required to secure your booking and is due due on booking. The rental balance with a security deposit of £150.00 and a final clean charge of £75.00 is due 4-6 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit of £150.00 is refundable and usually paid by bank transfer 7-10 days after your stay and after the villa has been inspected.
From November to April the heating is a chargeable extra
