Accommodation: self-catering

Location: mountain, near the sea

Theme: luxury, family, away from it all

Kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, x2 fridges, dishwasher, (washing machine located under pool terrarce)

Living room: fire place and chaise lounge sofa

Dining: dining area with seating for 10

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms and 1 ensuite

Bathroom 1 - toilet, sink and shower over bath located on 1st floor

Bathroom 2 - toilet, sink and shower enclosure downstairs

Both bathrooms have ample cupboard space for toiletries and Hollywood style mirrors over the basins

Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms, sleeps 9 people comfortably

Bedroom 1 - 2 single beds (can be pushed together to form a double bed) on first floor

Bedroom 2 - 3 single beds (bunk beds and single bed), drawers.

Bedroom 3 - 1 double bed is downstairs with wardrobes, drawers

Bedroom 4 -

Large master bedroom is downstairs with 1 double bed, closet, dresser and ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower enclosure, sink with plenty storage underneath. There is also French doors leading straight out to the pool.

General: central heating, air conditioning, towels & linen provided

Entertainment: TV, satellite or cable, small stereo with radio & CD player

Outside: Car port, BBQ with sink and fridge, outdoor shower,terrace to front of villa, balcony off living area, outdoor table with 8 chairs, 5 sun loungers

Swimming pool: large private pool

Suitability: Familes / children welcome, elderly & infirmed not suitable due to steps. Pets not allowed

Notes: smoking permitted outside only. Renters to provide their own beach and pool towels. Washing machine is located under the pool access by steps off of the terrace. The swimming pool is un-gated and so are the steps leading down to the washing machine. Therefore is unsuitable for unaccompanied children who are non swimmers or unattended to.

Please supply your own beach/pool towels.

Local activities: Go-Karting, Vergel Safari Park, The Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar Exotic Sealife Park and Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm is 30 minutes drive

Golf: 18 hole La Sella Golf Resort and Spa has excellent amenities for all golf enthusiasts and not necessary to be a member or resident. Booking in advance is advisable! Other golf courses - Olivia Nova - 18 holes and Javea - 9 holes.
